ORDER / BOOKING

Orders can be made via marskhotellet.dk or by phone on +455040 6010.
We will then send you a confirmation of the stay.
If you have booked by telephone, a payment request will also be sent by email or SMS.

PAYMENT

Payment is made by credit card in connection with the actual order / booking.
The payment is only withdrawn upon arrival. For bookings during the Black Sol season and during the Tønder Festival, the payment is deducted at the time of booking.
If 5 rooms / hotel apartments or more are booked, the booking is paid immediately.

CANCELLATIONS

There are no fees for cancellations for rooms / hotel apartments (if booked directly from our website).
This does not apply during the festival and during the Black Sol season (March, April, September and October).

Groups
More than 1 month before arrival: We will refund the entire amount paid, minus a processing fee of DKK 250 per booking.

From 30 days to 14 before arrival. 75% is refunded.
From 14 days to 1 week before arrival. 50% is refunded.
Less than 1 week before arrival: Nothing is refunded.

BLACK SUN SEASON (1/3 to 3/4 and 1/9 to 15/11)

More than 1 week before arrival: We refund the entire amount paid, minus a processing fee of DKK 250 per booking.
Less than 1 week before arrival: Nothing is refunded.
This applies to all forms of accommodation during the period.

However, bookings can be moved to one of the subsequent Black Sol seasons for a fee of DKK 250.

TØNDER FESTIVAL
More than 1 month before arrival: We will refund the entire amount paid, minus a processing fee of DKK 1,000 per booking. Less than 1 month before arrival: Nothing is refunded.

DISCOUNTS

We have various types of offers and discounts on stays booked from our own website. The discounts require that they are booked from the website. Discounts are not added for extensions of stay, unless they fall under a new offer in the future.
Discounts cannot be obtained on bookings made from other booking sites such as booking.com and the like.

COMPLAINTS

If, contrary to expectations, you have not been satisfied with your stay, it may be due to errors of which we are not aware and which can be corrected if you inform us of this while you are here.
Complaints that could not be rectified while you were with us will only be processed if they reach us no later than 14 days after returning home. Complaints must be submitted in writing.

PRACTICAL THINGS

Arrival between 15 and at 24. Departure before 10:00 If you cannot keep to these times, please make further arrangements with us. Remember to hand in the keys before departure!
You are welcome to leave the dishes for cleaning. It costs NOK 100 extra to be charged to the card you used to book with.

RESERVATION

We reserve the right to make typographical errors and to change price lists without notice. New price lists will automatically cancel the price lists on this website.
In the event of overbooking, we reserve the right to move guests to one of the nearby accommodations, without a reduction in price.

PRIVACY POLICY

Marskhotellet understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet.
Marsk Hotel will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties, unless it is necessary to implement a transaction.
Marskhotellet will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
