The oyster tours take place in Wadden Sea National Park, where the tide opens the landscape and makes it possible to get close to the oyster beds. The tour is guided, practical and down to earth: you walk out, learn what you may collect, and get your hands into nature.
There are both classic oyster tours and tours with a grill event. The grill event is for guests who want to make the experience more social and food-focused after the tour, while the classic oyster tour focuses on the Wadden Sea, the oysters and the safari itself.
Tide
The tours are planned according to low tide. Times therefore vary from date to date.
Clothing
Dress for the weather and wear footwear that may get wet and muddy. The Wadden Sea decides the surface.
Guide
The tours are arranged with Marskture, who know the area, the tide and the safety conditions.
Grill event
Would you like to make the tour a food experience?
On selected dates, the oyster tour can be booked with a grill event. It is the same Wadden Sea tour, but with more time for taste, warmth and togetherness afterwards.
When a grill event is available on a date, it is shown clearly on the ticket. Use the calendar filters if you only want to see grill tours.
