Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to bookings and stays at Marsk Hotellet.
Booking and payment
A booking is binding when payment has been completed and the guest has received a booking confirmation.
All prices are shown in Danish kroner and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is no later than 10:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Practical arrival information is sent to the guest before the stay.
Right of withdrawal
For hotel accommodation booked for a specific date or period, the ordinary right of withdrawal under Danish consumer contract rules does not apply.
Complaints
If problems arise during the stay, guests are encouraged to contact the hotel immediately so we can help during the stay. Complaints can be sent to info@marskhotellet.dk.
