A booking is binding when payment has been completed and the guest has received a booking confirmation.

All prices are shown in Danish kroner and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is no later than 10:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Practical arrival information is sent to the guest before the stay.

These special terms apply to stays that fall wholly or partly within 23–29 August 2027 and replace the standard cancellation terms for that stay.

Festival stays can only be booked directly with Marsk Hotellet and are not offered through Booking.com. The full booking amount is payable immediately. The booking becomes binding once payment has been completed and the booking confirmation has been sent.

For written cancellations received by the hotel at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in time, the amount paid will be refunded less an administration fee equal to 2% of the total booking price.

For written cancellations received less than 7 days but at least 3 days before the scheduled check-in time, the guest may choose either a refund of 50% of the total booking price or one change to another available date. The guest must pay any increase in price; if the new date is cheaper, the difference will not be refunded.

For cancellations received less than 3 days before the scheduled check-in time, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be given and the booking cannot be moved.

Cancellations or requests to move a booking must be sent in writing to info@marskhotellet.dk. Deadlines are calculated from the scheduled check-in time. If Marsk Hotellet has to cancel the stay, the amount paid to the hotel will be refunded; the hotel does not cover the guest’s other expenses.

For hotel accommodation booked for a specific date or period, the ordinary right of withdrawal under Danish consumer contract rules does not apply.
