Here you can read the general terms for cancellation and changes to a stay.
Bookings can generally be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. With normal check-in at 3:00 pm, the deadline is therefore 3:00 pm on the day before arrival. The stay is charged in the event of later cancellation or a no-show.
Special offers or campaign rates may be non-refundable. This will always be clearly stated before the booking is completed.
Special terms apply to stays falling wholly or partly within 23–29 August 2027 instead of the standard booking terms.
At least 7 days before check-in: The amount paid is refunded less 2% of the total booking price.
Less than 7 days but at least 3 days before check-in: The guest may choose a 50% refund or one change to another available date. The guest pays any increase in price; if the new date is cheaper, the difference is not refunded.
Less than 3 days before check-in or in the event of a no-show: No refund and no date change.
Cancellations or requests to move a booking must be sent in writing to info@marskhotellet.dk. Deadlines are calculated from the scheduled check-in time. See the full terms and conditions.
