Here you can read the general terms for cancellation and changes to a stay.
Bookings can generally be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. With normal check-in at 3:00 pm, the deadline is therefore 3:00 pm on the day before arrival. The stay is charged in the event of later cancellation or a no-show.
Special offers or campaign rates may be non-refundable. This will always be clearly stated before the booking is completed.
If the guest wishes to change date, number of guests or room type, Marsk Hotellet will help where availability allows.
